SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Free shipping in U.S. only. Shipping to any other countries contact GLOSSICHIC COLLECTION LLC by email at glossichic@gmail.com to inquire shipping rate before placing an order. In most cases 1-3 business days to process your order, and 5-7 business days to ship your order with the exception of overseas international holidays some shipping maybe delay.
GLOSSICHIC COLLECTION LLC is not responsible for any delay in shipping or delivery. We will provided a tracking number that's on your invoice and you can get on our website click on the tap "track order" you can track your order. If you have multiple orders your orders will be ship and deliver different times use your tracking number to track your packages. Express shipping options and any third-party fees are non-refundable. Buyer are responsible for shipping fees for any returned items and packages that's not manufacturer issues.
We use FedEx, UPS, or DHL as our main shipping provider.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been paid and processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please e-mail us at glossichic@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do, there are varying time limits in which we are able to make changes. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. Please e-mail glossichic@gmail.com first before you return it. Package can't be open, torn, or damage. Package have to be in it's original state. Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees for returns.
